  • We do our level best to make sure you are satisfied with our products and services.If, for some unforeseen reason you wish to return your order, you may do so within 7 days of delivery and you will get a credit note.
  • If circumstances warrant, and you wish to return/exchange the product, then the first-time shipping charges will be free if you decide to return the product. For the second time return/exchange, the shipping charges will be bear by the customer.

  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • In case, a customer has any issues related to the size and quality of the product, then they can ask for an exchange and we will arrange that.
  • For the exchange process, the customer has to bear the shipping charges on one side. Shipping would be free when you will send the product back to us and it would be chargeable when we will send the revised product (as per your choice) to you.
  • For example, if a product value is 4000 INR, and the shipping charge on it is 1000 INR, then the customer has to bear 1000 INR for shipping.
  • If the product fails to fulfill your expectations, and you wish to return the product. It is possible, but the refund will be done in the form of a coupon code but the value of the coupon code will be calculated after subtracting the shipping charges from the product value.

  How long will my order take to deliver, once shipped?
